Art Department
Our art department can handle
Macintosh and PC graphic files in all major graphic formats including Corel
Draw!, Illustrator, Photoshop, and
others. Specific types of printing, such as four-color
process, require
special handling, so please feel free to call if you have questions.
Screens
Our screen
department has over 600 frames, including Newman retensionable
frames and rigid aluminum and steel frames.
Ink
We can mix and match ink colors to your specifications, either
to a sample provided or to a PMS
color. We work regularly with specialty inks like puff, metallic,
and glitter.
Presses
Depending on the size of your job and the number of colors, it
will be printed on either an M&R automatic press or a manual press. If
automated, we can handle up to six ink colors with two flashes; we use our
manual presses for small jobs of four or less colors.
Warehouse
We can warehouse on site your incoming goods in quantities up to
5000 dozens; your shirts are fully insured when on our premises, and are marked
on arrival with your job information. We use the
UPS' Maxiship
system for smaller shipments, and for large orders, the freight
carrier of your choice.
